Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PathBright ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Service Description

PathBright is a care coordination and discovery platform that connects families navigating autism, developmental disabilities (DDD), and special needs services with vetted care providers and support coordinators in New Jersey. The Platform facilitates discovery and connection but does not provide medical advice, clinical services, or direct care.

PathBright is not a healthcare provider, and no provider-patient relationship is created through use of the Platform. Families are responsible for independently verifying provider qualifications, licensing, and suitability for their needs.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

User Conduct

When using PathBright, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in profiles, submissions, or reviews.
• Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or Platform systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Platform through automated means without written permission.
• Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation.

Provider Responsibilities

Providers who register on PathBright represent and warrant that:

• All information provided in their profile is accurate and current.
• They hold all necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance required by New Jersey law for the services they offer.
• They will respond to family inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• They will notify PathBright promptly of any changes to their licensure, service offerings, or business status.

PathBright may verify provider credentials and reserves the right to remove providers who fail to meet platform standards.

Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, content, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Curain Healthcare Services LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without prior written consent. Content you submit to the Platform (reviews, profile information, submissions) remains yours, but you grant PathBright a non-exclusive license to display and use that content in connection with the Platform's operation.

Limitation of Liability

PathBright is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curain Healthcare Services LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to damages resulting from interactions with providers found through the Platform.

PathBright does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by providers on the Platform, nor the accuracy of provider profiles or reviews.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at help@pathbright.care. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if these terms are violated. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms (including Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property) survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of PathBright after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of the State of New Jersey.
